Gender Differences

There has been great debate over the course of mankind on whether men and women should be treated as equals or not. In many of the cases, it is the women that received the short end of the stick and faced certain discrimination. In my opinion, there is no gender equality, both sides hold certain qualities dominant over the other gender. There are obvious differences because a man and a woman is biologically different therefore, it is impossible for both sides to have EXACTLY the same traits.

Men - I think males are generally stronger than females. I think this is a trait found in most species. Naturally, the males hunt and gather food and also fight other males for breeding rights. Therefore, males are stronger physically.

Females - Not to be stereotypical, but females generally are more caring than males. Again, this may stem from the fact that females are usually the ones taking care of the young and also usually form a stronger bond with the children.

I think with every trait, there is a difference between the genders, even if the difference is microscopic. So there is no equality, but we should consider the fact that we are all better at certain things and work at the things we are not so blessed with.
