The Return of the King

Please ignore the lord of the rings pun in the title. I can't say I'm a BIG fan because I haven't actually read the books, but I did enjoy the movie. All I can say is that I am glad to be back in Canada. China is good for a visit, but for me, it is no place to live.

Overall, I had a good time on my trip. Although the hours were very long and the conditions were not really up to par, I did see a lot of new places and made many new friends. If any of you get a chance to visit Japan, I HIGHLY recommend it. I mean, I have been to many parts of the world, but Japan is by far my favourite. Second favourite would have to be Austria. So, on this trip I was able to visit Japan, HK and Changsha. I did work quite a bit though and didn't have much free time, but I guess all and all that made the time go by quicker. I would give this coop a rating of 8.5/10

Here are my previous Co-op Jobs:

Honeywell - 7/10
HRSDC - 7.5/10

Thus, this term is my favourite overall.

I have had a BUSY last few days, catching up on errands and other fun activities. It was nice to just get out there and relax for a few days before the big storm comes. By storm, I mean the Spring 2008 term. I am not looking forward to these 4 months. I am taking 6 courses and also will be taking on 2 part-time jobs. I think I will become a rarer site on campus than Chris Tucker and big budget Hollywood movies. Ignore that joke, it was terrible.

There are a few thing I want to get done in the summer besides school and work. I want to get better at guitar. I mean, right now I am having a GREAT time playing it, but I know the experience is not nearly as pleasant for the audience. I decided to enroll with a tutor. Maybe I'll find a tutor that doesn't charge too much money. Haha, I just realized that Chinese people are cheap. Question, what do Chinese people and Jewish people have in common?
